While their label has spent the last few years drinking fine wine and sipping black Russians, Blank has been slogging away (not drinking) and programming some seriously kick-ass beats. Their new album, Impact Zone will be released on Artoffact Records very soon, and as a teaser Blank has given us three versions of their new track “Hellbound” as well as the b-side “Beneath”.

Along for the ride (and also not drinking), are the two fine artists Diskonnekted and Blind Faith & Envy, both of whom lend their talents to the mix. Diskonnekted blends the first cocktail with just the right amount of juice and a slight twist of pizzazz, driving their beats to a frenzy of electronic excitement.

And then comes Blind Faith & Envy, the US synthpop duo who create a wonderful and harmonious version that sticks in your head and won’t let go till the morning after. All this is topped off with “Beneath,” an elegant pop tune that will leave you thirsty for Impact Zone. A marvelous little digital EP which will make this an unforgettable summer.
